The hidden specialty of Kotsuzumizo is the ``assorted sashimi''.We offer 4 delicious fish including bluefin tuna.

■3 pieces of tempura

We offer two luxurious shrimp and vegetable tempura dishes.Enjoy the crispy texture with matcha salt.

■Cold pork shabu with sesame sauce

A dish loaded with Iwate Prefecture's branded pork, "Iwanaka Pork."Enjoy with the fragrant sesame sauce.

■White fish and roe grilled in butter foil

White fish wrapped in foil and slowly steamed over Bincho charcoal.The flavor of plenty of mushrooms and butter is the key to its deliciousness!

■ Young chicken thigh grilled with moromi

Our restaurant's favorite charcoal grill.Chicken thighs are grilled to a golden brown, and served with moromi miso for a fragrant finish.
